Vacant Land: 9.39% decrease from 490 sales in the second quarter of 2015 to 444 sales in the second quarter of 2016

Condominium: 6.32% increase from 190 sales in the second quarter of 2015 to 202 sales in the second quarter of 2016

 

Median Sales Price

Residential: 9.22% increase from a $320,000 median price in the second quarter of 2015 to $349,500 in the second quarter of 2016

Vacant Land: 12.00% decrease from a $25,000 median price in the second quarter of 2015 to $22,000 in the second quarter of 2016

Condominium: 5.41% increase from a $286,750 median price in the second quarter of 2015 to $302,250 in the second quarter of 2016

 

Sales Volume

Residential: 26.34% increase from $252,671,380 in the second quarter of 2015 to $319,235,905 in the second quarter of 2016

Vacant Land: 23.76% decrease from $87,462,856 in the second quarter of 2015 to $66,685,424 in the second quarter of 2016

Condominium: 3.01% increase from $87,658,322 in the second quarter of 2015 to $90,299,611 in the second quarter of 2016
